Paradigms are the ways we understand the world around us. They, both in our own lives and in our organizations, direct our attention and impact how we act. While many paradigms are helpful and move us forward, some prevent us from seeing what is new, creative, and extraordinary. If we wish to change the world, our own personal world, or that of our organizations and communities, we need to be prepared to examine the paradigms we hold, re-enforce those that move us forward, and shatter those that keep us stuck and hold us back. Changing the world is, in the end, an inside job. I help individuals and organizations shatter limiting paradigms.
